Warsaw Apartments Magnolie is a firm that rents comfortable apartments and cosy rooms. All our locals are placed in one housing society of 230 apartments at the housing estate called Magnolie. Our offer is a wide range of completely furnished and well-equipped flats, excellent for both, private and corporational clients, which have as a guest their employees or clients.

We invite you to organize business trainings in our apartment complex as well. There is a possibility to rent conference halls for one - day or few - days meetings. We arrange coffee services, lunches and dinners.
Single apartments - From single apartment offer you can choose STUDIO-type or SEPARATED BEDROOM - type which have living space of 40 sqm. Every apartment from this type is made up of single - kingsize bed, bathroom and kitchen annex ( close or open ). The apartments are completely furnished and have an area to work and rest. At the moment we can offer 149 single apartments.
Double apartments - The living space of this type of offered apartments is about 40 sqm. Our guests can choose from STUDIO- type or SEPARATED BEDROOM- type apartments. Separated bedroom kind means double-room flat. Every double local is furnished with a big kingsize or two single-beds, kitchen annex (close or open) and bathroom. At the moment we can offer 78 double apartments.We also can organize an additional bed to every type of flat and apartment. A part of our apartments is always equipped with an additional sleeping place.

ALMOND HALL - (65 sqm - max. 50 persons ) telephone and internet access, adjoining rooms, fully equipped kitchen, en suite bathrooms, screen, flipchart.
SMALL HALL - Four conference halls (40 sqm - max. 13 persons ) with telephone access, fully equipped kitchens, en suite bathrooms, screen, flipchart.
Security systems
Access to our housing estate is secured by comfortable Master-key system. The housing complex Magnolie with its car parking places ( underground and on - ground) is guarded by professionals.
